18" x 30" Value Signs (corrugated plastic signs) are a great option when the budget is tight.  Created as a low-cost option to a premium panel, these signs are an effective way to keep costs down while advertising large numbers of listings.  Agents in rural areas really benefit when signs are purchased in bulk, then displayed on fences, posts, outbuildings, etc. The corrugated plastic signs are also a great option when listing houses or buildings in distressed urban areas where signs are often removed or vandalized.  The light-weight corrugated plastic is ideally suited to displaying in windows of condominiums and multi-family units as well as inside glass store fronts.

The corrugated plastic is strong, flexible and up to the task of handling rain and snow.  However, please note that corrugated plastic signs are not recommended for use in hanging applications or in angle iron frames without the use of special fastening methods.  If you intend to utilize these methods, consider adding brass grommets to your signs and using plastic tie straps as fasteners.
